Ellien Bruce - Stained Glass Patterns — The Hope Anthology

TO MAKE · FOUNDING MAKER

Ellien Bruce
Stained glass pattern designer

I’m a Somerset-based stained glass pattern designer who likes bold colour, strong shapes and looking at familiar things from a slightly different angle. Birds, flowers, insects, odd little natural forms — I’ll pull them apart, simplify them, distort them a bit and put them back together in a way that feels fresh. I’m much more interested in character than perfection.
